What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer US Priority Mail shipping, UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Saver, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3rd
day, UPS Standard to Canada.  Signatures are required for all deliveries.

You offer free standard shipping.  What is standard shipping?
Free standard shipping refers to the domestic mailing option for mainland contiguous
states and Washington DC that KristenGrace.com chooses for your order.  If you select
standard shipping your order may be sent via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or Federal
Express Ground.  

How long will it take before my order is shipped?
Most orders are sent to the shipping carrier within 1 business day.  All orders are sent to
the shipping carrier within 3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

How long does my order spend in transit?
Time spent in transit depends on the shipping method you choose.  Please refer to the
following list for average times:
USPS Priority Mail:  1-3 business days (Northern California addresses typically take 1 day.)  
Add 5 business days deliveries around holidays.
UPS Ground: 1-7 business days (California addresses typically take 1-2 days.)
UPS Next Day: Packages are delivered the next business day following shipment.
UPS 2nd Day:  Packages are delivered 2 business days after the day the order is shipped.
UPS 3rd Day:  Packages are delivered 3 business days after the day the order is shipped.
UPS Standard to Canada:  Packages are delivered to the customer's shipping address in
about 7 business days.  The price for shipping and handling does not cover Customs and
Duties.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
We are set up to addresses within the US, United Kingdom, South Korea, Australia, New
Zealand, and Canada.

What forms of payment do you accept?
MasterCard and Visa.  Please do not send cash.  We cannot be held responsible for money
lost in the mail.

What is your return policy?
Purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt of order.  Please email us with your
name, address, reason for return, and order number at cs@kristengrace.com, or fill out the
form on the
contact us  page.  We will contact you with a return merchandise authorization
number.  Items sent to us without a valid RMA noted on the package will be returned
unopened.

How do I get an item damaged during shipping replaced?
Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of order.  Email us with your name, address,
and order number at cs@kristengrace.com.  Please note that shipping (to or from us) is not
credited for damaged items returned for a refund rather than an exchange.  Please also
note that we do not accept merchandise from other merchants.

There's a problem with my order.  How do I resolve this?
Please contact us within 10 calendar days of receipt of order.  Please follow the same
procedure as with a damaged item.  Please note that issues not reported within 30 days of
receipt cannot be addressed by KristenGrace.com.

May I pick-up my order instead of having it mailed to me?
Unfortunately, we do not have facilities to receive customers at this time.

What currency is accepted for orders?
All prices are in American dollars.

Do you have a paper catalog that you can send to me?
Our catalog is online only.  We do not have a paper catalog at this time.

Is Kristen Grace a real person?  Who is Kristen Grace?
The Kristen Grace Company was named after the owner's niece.
